A world where neurodiverse individuals and households feel understood, supported, and empowered to thrive.

NeuroRelate Ltd is built by neurodiverse individuals, for neurodiverse individuals and their families.

Our services are based on lived reality, practical strategies, and meaningful collaboration with professionals — not just theory.

By investing in whole-household support, inclusive community spaces, and partnership-led training, we aim to create lasting change in how neurodiversity is supported across the UK.

The Issue

Neurodiverse individuals and families often face barriers accessing practical, real-world support. Professional services are expensive, while peer support is often informal and unstructured. Entire households living with neurodiversity need support — not just the individual.

The Solution

NeuroRelate Ltd bridges the gap by providing affordable, structured, and lived-experience-led support for neurodiverse individuals and their families. We offer 1:1 and group mentorship, practical household coaching, carer support groups, and advocacy for education and workplace needs. Our services are designed by and for neurodivergent people, ensuring relevance, empathy, and real-world impact. By focusing on the whole household, we help families build sustainable routines, improve communication, and feel less isolated — creating lasting change, not just short-term relief.

Hello and Welcome!I’m Natalie, the founder of NeuroRelate. I’m an ADHD mum, wife, and advocate who understands the challenges and rewards of living in a neurodiverse household. Alongside my own medication journey, I’m raising two  daughters—one of whom has recently been diagnosed with autism.

When we received her diagnosis, we were handed a report and left to figure it all out on our own. I struggled to find the support I needed, and that’s why I created NeuroRelate—to provide the support, guidance, and community that I felt was missing. This group is a safe, inclusive space for neurodiverse individuals, families, friends, and anyone offering support. It’s a place where you can share your experiences, seek advice, and connect with others who truly understand. Whether you’re navigating a diagnosis yourself, supporting a loved one, or simply looking to learn more, you’re not alone.Together, we’ll share stories, tips, and resources to help everyone thrive in a neurodiverse world. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to build a supportive, understanding community with you all! 💙Feel free to introduce yourself, ask questions, and connect with others. Let’s support each other!

Hi, I’m Dean, a neurotypical person navigating life as a partner to someone with ADHD and a parent to a child with autism.

Through our journey, I've learned firsthand how important it is to embrace differences, adapt communication styles, and develop strategies to create a supportive and understanding environment for everyone involved.

I've also learned that it can be bloody difficult right and that you never stop learning!

I hope to share insights and practical advice from my experiences to help others in similar situations find balance, strengthen relationships, and support their loved ones in meaningful ways and if you can teach me a thing or two that'd be great!!
